Frozen outputs
120 rows · 61 priorities

Recommendations, evidence, reasoning ledgers, head coach priorities, PREPARE/WATCH outputs, decision-standard classifications, value classifications, 10-Minute Scout questions, the coach-editable definitions and the Program Brain version in use are all recorded in this snapshot. Every response is stamped with jerry-expert-validation-v1. If Coach Ready changes later, this record is not recomputed — a later change creates a new validation version instead.

15 real opponents · our play-by-play 2026

Coach Ready can already generate differentiated basketball intelligence. This page asks the harder question: what is worth putting in front of a coach? Every candidate row for all 15 cohort opponents was run through the coach value gate, findings that were really one coaching priority were consolidated, and the results are reported without flattery. The compressed output is on Game Plan Intelligence, head coach view.

A priority that survives for every opponent is not automatically generic — but it does have to earn it through what changes underneath. Where the emphasis, the call or the personnel behind a recurring priority does not move, it belongs in the reference layer instead.

Measurement, not improvement. No composite score, no weighting, and nothing here changes a recommendation. Every individual response and note is preserved below exactly as entered.

No expert responses recorded in this browser yet. Turn on expert validation in Game Plan Intelligence, stay in the head coach view, and score each priority before opening the evidence.

The sequence, for each of three to four opponents

1. Open Game Plan Intelligence, pick an opponent you know, and turn on expert validation. Stay in the head coach view.

2. Read only the three to five priorities. Do not open the evidence — if a priority does not stand on its own, that is the finding.

3. For each priority record the initial reaction: valuable, useful but obvious, interesting but not actionable, wrong, not important enough, or needs more context.

4. Answer whether it would change anything you do, what it would change, and when you would otherwise have found it.

5. Only then open the value gate and the analyst layer, and say whether the evidence made it more or less valuable — or changed your basketball conclusion.

6. Finish the opponent with the expert review questions: what we missed, what wasted your time, what normally needs film, and whether you would use this before prep.

7. Repeat for opponents with different profiles, then read the suppressed list and tell us anything withheld that you would have wanted.

Validation output, not a product surface. Generated 10/29/2026, 3:07:29 PM from Coach Ready play-by-play rebuild (team and player cards). Coach answers save in the reviewer's browser and are preserved centrally for the staff running the validation; neither path trains anything automatically.
